- Solution: Compare yourself only to who you were yesterday. Celebrate your growth.
Procrastination:
- Putting things off because you’re afraid of failure or discomfort.
- Solution: Start with one small, easy action. Momentum builds quickly once you begin.

Practical Steps to Build Confidence Today

Here’s how you can take action right now:

Set One Small Goal:
- Choose something you can accomplish in the next 5 minutes. Examples:
  - Write down your priorities for the day.
  - Do 10 push-ups.
  - Send a text to someone you’ve been meaning to reconnect with.
